Government Funded Hours
Children accessing only the government funded 15 hours per week entitlement are not required to pay registration fees or deposits, however, should they choose to have school dinners and tea, parents/carers will have to pay in advance.
- Parents with 3 and 4-year-old children as well as some 2-year-olds will be able to receive the government grant for Nursery education.
- Some 3 and 4-year-olds are also eligible for 30 hours of government funding. (For detailed information, please contact the nursery manager).
Upon the receipt of your completed registration form by the Nursery, a non-refundable fee of £25.00 is required to be paid to place you on the waiting list.
Fees
Fees must be paid one month in advance and on the first working day/first due day of child’s attendance each month by the following methods:
- Cash, Debit/Credit card, Standing Order (must be paid by the 28th day of every month in advance for the new month).
- Cheques are no longer accepted.
- There is a £100 retainer fee payable upon receipt of admission offer letter confirming a place in the nursery for your child. This is payable by credit/debit card or cash only and is refundable (upon giving a normal notification) by deduction from your child’s final fee when leaving the nursery.
- One calendar month’s written notice must be given for any alteration or cancellation, otherwise, one month’s fee is payable.
- Fee not paid by the 8th of the month will attract a late fee charge of 10% of child’s fees.
- Registration fee of £25.00 will not be refunded where a reservation is cancelled.
- Fees are payable at the stipulated times irrespective of a child’s attendance or closure due to adverse weather conditions.
- Fees are reviewed every year and are payable at the stipulated times, irrespective of whether a child is absent due to illness, holiday etc.
